Shri-guru charan saroj raj, nij man mukur sudhari
Baranau Raghubar bimal jasu, jo daayaku phal chaari
Buddhi-heen tanu jaanike, sumirau Pavan-kumaar
Bal buddhi vidya dehu mohi, harahu kalesh vikaar
Meaning
Cleansing the mirror of my mind with the dust of my Guru's lotus feet, I sing the pure glory of Lord Rama — bestower of the four fruits (dharma, artha, kama, moksha). Knowing my body and mind to be dim, I remember Hanuman, son of the wind — grant me strength, intelligence, and learning, remove my afflictions and impurities.

Bheem roop dhari asur sanhaare, Raamchandra ke kaaj sanvaare

In subtle form you appeared to Sita; in fearful form you set Lanka ablaze. In gigantic form you destroyed the demons and accomplished every task of Lord Ramachandra.
