देवनागरी
जयति जय गायत्री माता, जयति जय गायत्री माता।
सत् मारग पर हमको पहुँचाओ, जो है सुखदाता॥
Transliteration
Jayati jai Gayatri Mata, jayati jai Gayatri Mata
Sat maarg par hamko pahunchaao, jo hai sukhdaata
Meaning
Victory, victory to Mother Gayatri — set us on the path of truth, which is the giver of every joy.

देवनागरी
आदिशक्ति तुम अलख-निरंजन, जग पालन-कर्ता।
दुख-शोक-भय-क्लेश-हारिणी, सुख-सम्पत्ति दाता॥
Transliteration
Aadishakti tum alakh-niranjan, jag paalan-karta
Dukh-shok-bhaya-klesh-haarini, sukh-sampatti daata
Meaning
You are the primal Shakti, beyond perception, sustainer of the world. Remover of sorrow, grief, fear, and trouble — bestower of joy and abundance.

भयहारिणी, भवतारिणी, अनघ अज भाव-हन्ती।
वेद माता-हे विश्व-जननी, धरणी-पाप-नशन्ती॥
Transliteration
Bhayhaarini, bhavtaarini, anagh aj bhaav-hanti
Ved maataa hey vishwa-janani, dharani-paap-nashanti
Meaning
Remover of fear, ferry across existence, sinless and unborn — destroyer of worldly snares. Mother of the Vedas, Mother of the world, you wipe away the earth's sins.
