By using Astroly.in you agree to these terms. They're deliberately short and in plain English.
1 · What you're getting
Astroly.in provides astrology readings, birth-chart generation, compatibility matching, and related tools grounded in classical Vedic shastra. Answers are for reflection and reasoning — not medical, legal, or financial advice.
2 · Your account
- Give us accurate birth details — inaccurate data produces inaccurate readings.
- Keep your login credentials private. You're responsible for activity under your account.
- You must be 18 or older to use Astroly.in.
3 · Wallet & payments
- Wallet top-ups are processed through Razorpay. Prices are in INR and include all applicable taxes.
- Per-question charges are deducted from your wallet balance in real time, at the rate shown before you ask.
- Wallet balance is non-transferable and has no cash-redemption value outside the platform.
4 · Refunds
If an answer fails to generate (server error, network failure), the charge is automatically reversed to your wallet. If you're dissatisfied with an answer, write to support@webest.dev within 7 days with the question id; we review each case individually.
5 · What we don't do
- We don't guarantee specific life outcomes. Astrology describes patterns; you live them.
- We don't prescribe medical treatment, legal action, or financial instruments.
- We don't tolerate harassing or abusive questions to human astrologers (when the marketplace is active). Accounts may be suspended.
6 · Intellectual property
Shlokas, remedies, and classical references belong to the public domain / the tradition itself. The specific reading generated for you is yours to keep privately. Our software, design, and curation are owned by the Astroly.in team; don't copy the interface or content for commercial use without permission.
7 · Termination
You can delete your account any time. We can suspend accounts that violate these terms, abuse the system, or charge fraudulent payments.
8 · Limits of liability
Astroly.in is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service. Our aggregate liability to you in any dispute is limited to the wallet balance on your account at the time the claim arose.
9 · Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai.
10 · Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be emailed to your account address at least 14 days before they take effect.
